We collect essential student registry information (such as full name, date of birth, class grade, parent/guardian phone numbers, and home addresses) solely for academic record keeping, attendance tracking, report card generation, and emergency contact purposes.
2. Secure Online Fee & Donation Processing
All payment transactions conducted via our online fee portal, child sponsorship program, or donation platform are processed through secure 256-bit SSL encrypted integrations (Stripe & Monime Mobile Money). We never store payment card numbers, PINs, or bank credentials on our servers.
3. Child Protection & Media Consent
Photographs, student profiles, and achievements displayed on the website or shared with verified child sponsors are kept strictly respectful and compliant with national child safeguarding standards. Parents may request non-publication of media at any time through the school administration desk.
